By accessing or using MigrationGoal ("the Platform", "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered users and visitors.

MigrationGoal is a data transparency tool that provides immigration eligibility assessments based on publicly available, official government immigration criteria. The platform: • Collects profile information from users (education, work experience, language skills, finances) • Applies official immigration rules and point systems to generate an eligibility assessment • Generates a report detailing eligibility status, score breakdown, roadmap, and official source links MigrationGoal is NOT an immigration law firm, immigration consultant, or licensed immigration adviser. Our service does not constitute legal advice or immigration advice.

IMPORTANT: The assessments, reports, scores, and recommendations provided by MigrationGoal are for informational and educational purposes only. • They do not constitute legal advice • They do not constitute immigration advice • They do not guarantee any visa or residency application outcome • They should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional immigration advice from a licensed practitioner Immigration rules change frequently. Always verify current requirements at the official government source before making any decisions. To use certain features of the platform, you must create an account using your email address and our OTP (one-time password) verification system. You agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account • Maintain the security of your email account, as OTPs are sent to it • Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account • Use only one account per person We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be providing false information or violating these terms.

The accuracy of your eligibility assessment depends entirely on the accuracy of the profile information you provide. You are responsible for: • Entering truthful and accurate information about your qualifications, work experience, languages, and finances • Understanding that entering incorrect information will result in an incorrect assessment • Not relying on assessments generated from inaccurate profile data MigrationGoal is not liable for assessments generated from inaccurate profile information provided by users.

Full eligibility reports are available for purchase at $20 per country. Payments are processed securely via Paddle. Payment terms: • All prices are in USD • Payment is charged at the time of purchase • Reports are generated immediately upon successful payment Refund policy: • Reports are non-refundable once generated. • If technical failure prevents report delivery, contact support@migrationgoal.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will investigate and resolve the issue. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect reports already purchased.

All content on the MigrationGoal platform — including the platform design, code, assessment methodology, report templates, and written content — is the intellectual property of MigrationGoal and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may: • View and download your own reports for personal use • Share your report findings for personal immigration planning purposes You may not: • Reproduce, distribute, or sell our report templates, methodology, or platform content • Use automated tools to scrape or copy content from the platform • Reverse-engineer our eligibility scoring methodology The underlying immigration criteria in reports are sourced from government publications and are in the public domain.

You agree not to use MigrationGoal to: • Provide immigration advice or consultancy services to third parties using our reports • Submit false profile information to generate misleading assessments • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts • Use automated bots or scrapers to access the platform • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Infringe the rights of any third party Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MigrationGoal disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including: • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose • Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of immigration data • Warranties that assessments will predict actual visa application outcomes Immigration data is sourced from official government websites and reviewed regularly, but rules change and we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MigrationGoal shall not be liable for: • Any visa or residency application refusal or failure • Any decisions made in reliance on our assessments • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. MigrationGoal operates as a global platform and reserves the right to resolve disputes through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where the dispute arises. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email and by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
